It’s all about how you choose to handle life. It’s all about how you choose to respond to your thoughts: Will you act or let them happen? You can control the outcome. You can choose. Yes, this is just as much an encouragement for me as it is for you. I think everyone need a reminder like this once in a while. You don’t have to put a lot of pressure on yourself. An accomplishment could be to get out of bed, or go to work. Put the bar where you’re at right now.
